About the practice

Lindqvist & Partners is a two-person consulting practice working with organisations between 20 and 300 people. We take on a small number of engagements at a time so that the person who assesses your network is the same person who writes the report.

Our background is in systems administration and network operations: monitoring, identity, backup tooling and the unglamorous parts of keeping services available. We prefer measurable improvements over new platforms.

Typical engagement

• Week 1 — interviews, inventory, read-only access to monitoring and configuration.
• Week 2 — verification of findings, draft recommendations, cost estimates.
• Handover — written report, walkthrough with your team, optional follow-up review after three months.
